Review Of ZERO MILE ROOMS

Bathrooms are like public toilet. Commode sheet was disarranged Overall washroom is terrible Rooms are not cleaned Linen and blankets are too dirty. My friend got allergic reactions at morning 4 am

Good rooms with neat bathroom staff was very good in behaviour one drawback, they don't serve tea after 8:00 pm

Pathetic service. Terrible experience, reception person was very rude and arrogant, falsely he took extra money for no reason whatsoever. I just took 1 hr extra to checkout he demanded 1000 over the charge which i have already paid. No water was served no table in rooms. Very disgusting reception management. Never stay here just disgusting

Needs to improve its room service and hospitality. To my utmost surprise they refused to serve tea in the night.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Most importantly food quality is very delicious.

The location of the hotel was good. Food was okay. Services like the room service and housekeeping were average. Room was small. Amenities were there in the room. Staff was well behaved. Not at all value for money.
