Low maintained room, cheap lodge level furniture quality and fly all around. Reception area is a garden of flies and none of the staffs are bothered about that. The most unhygienic property ever seen.

Hotel was 3-4 days prior check-in and on the day of check-in hotel team was completely unaware about this and i had to call 3-4 times to get confirmation. Also room i booked was already allocated to someone else and i was offered different room

businessRooms was spacious and clean. But the passage area was smelly towards the lift as it pass through toilet and kitchen corridor. The manager was not aware of the inclusion in the booking and was charging for mineral water supplied in the room. Food was super expensive for a place like begusarai.
