Review Of HOTEL ROYAL HERITAGE

Overall it's a bad experience in hotel royal heritage room was not cleaned. Basis amenities were missing. Breakfast was horrible. The front office staff was very rude.

Property is not good as per tariff. Service is also very poor. There is no amenities in room like mirror, cattle and tea stuff. Blanket is also very dirty. Front staff during checkout was very rude. I asked for physical invoice, they also denied for same. Breakfast quality was disgusting, poori and cabbage sabji was given with no taste. In sandwich only tomato was there. I never recommend to anyone to stay there.

When i reached to check in on 29th, the main gate of the hotel was closed and when the guard opened the gate, the gate fell on my car. I too was in the same situation and saved myself by moving away from there. Had i not moved away, some mishappening would have happened to me. And there was neither soap, shaving kit, dental kit nor comb in my room.

Room size was ok but other thing like toilet, towel, bed sheet were not ok. Food was very bad. Can't eat at all

Hotel stay was pleasant one. As per expectations for the City in which Hotel is situated

It was good hotel. I stayed for day only but hotel is on main road. Well in market area. Room was spacious and cleaned with all amenities. Staff were nice. Food was also good. In breakfast option was less but good in quantity and quality.`
Hotel was in heart of Begusarai. Market was closed and room was really spacious and cleaned. Staff were well behaved and mannered. Overall in city like Begusarai you are getting class hotel with all amenities.

I biked an a/c cab and I got non A/c cab. That too very bad . Really very bad experience with MMT. Dun trust this app

Site pics and real room don't match . Initially was provided as per my booking but it was with Indian toilet, later on was shifted to a way too smaller room, MMT was also of no help, rather irritating because every time I was put on hold and then a new guy comes and again starts from the beginning

It was wonderful experience, only minus point was AC and bathroom taps need to be serviced. Hotel staff were ultimate good, pleased with staff, only problem with the bathroom fittings, water problems and all.
