Quality of hotel is not adequate accordingly to the price,, there is total dark room, no window is there, even at bathroom also there is no exust system,, lobby area no regular cleaning, only food quality very good. Terrible Stay
The room was average but the main issue was breakfast. I had paid rs 200 in advance through make my trip but i got only 2 pieces of bread, 1 omelets and 1 cup of tea. When i asked for 1 extra parathyroid, they told me to pay extra.

Dear sir, your check in time was 12 pm but you arrive early morning, as per the rule we have charged you early check in fee, but that also you haven't paid full amount. We haven't charged you for extra breakfast, kindly check your bill for check in time it's already mentioned.

Location was good, food was really awesome but only problem with electricity, most of time no electricity available but after electricity overall good.

need to be professional
As I have booked Standard Room, city view, 172 sqft as shown at the time of booking. But when I reached there around 8:30 pm after a tiring schedule. They alloted me room No. 107, ground floor, in last of gallery end, no open window, no city view. Room was very small, not seems like 170 sq ft. as it should be. Congested room@ ( too expensive in a city like Begusarai). MMT SHOULD ENQUIRE IN IT. For next day, I booked another room in nearby other Hotel from counter. They offered me a big room at the top of building with good space, big toilet bathroom -with AC, TV, Wi-Fi, sofa, chairs, kettle etc… this price was attractive & I hired it. MMT should review itself from time to time the price the Hotel is offering in regard to Facilities, amenities, location etc. MMT should not jump in each & every Hotel to acquire for business. I AM NOT HAPPY

But we have different types of room category available for guest with all the mentioned facilities.A.C, T.v, seating space,wifi, inhouse restaurant , complimentary breakfast, free parking, laundry service these are basic amenities in all our rooms, if you was not satisfied with room category you can ask for room upgrade option to city view & we are very transparent with our guest we don't mention any wrong amenities option on website kindly share the booking information where you seen standard room with City view option.

businessHave been visiting barauni for a long time and was always worried for a good stay and tasty food. This is first time make my trip has helped me in finding a decent place with tasty food. The staff was very courtious. Found dehati chicken mentioned on the menu and was some what courious. Ordered it and was ye-my as expected. Over all had a great time in this hotel. Pefect location.

Very dirty room in hotel.. I found a spider 🕷️ on my bed. Also AC took too much time for cooling.

Dear sir, You booked standard Ac room king size bed( 2 adult) with Map plan, but you came to our reception counter with 2 adult & 2 children. You should clearly mention during booking total number of Pax. As per your booking we have provided you veg meal for 2 person & morning breakfast for two persons.if you get all these facilities in 1000 that's great. We also asked you to take extra bed , but you refused to pay extra bed charge & told we will adjust on same bed. We only charged you for extra meal which was not included in your booking as it was only for 2 person, that doesn't mean you will write anything about our hotel. We have other rooms also why didn't you booked bigger room for 4 person? Don't make false reviews to misguide people.
