Had a stay recently in hotel Salem regency room in very small room, bedsheets and blankets are not even looking hygienic & not a kind of worthy for the stay

Terrible Stay
Upon check in we discovered that the AC was not working. I called the reception they didn’t respond when I had to send my driver to call them and in between I also called the MMT helpline and with his intervention they changed the room but it was a smaller room #303. Next day as we came back to the hotel after taking breakfast outside, we found that the LIFT is not working. Hence we had to take the stairs till 3rd floor. In total the stay was disgusting.

Good Stay
Nice place to stay, room was very nice and AC in full working condition. Heater available for hot water.polite service and reception welcome also good in nature.

Yeah sure ! It was an amazing night for me and I love the property and room facilities. room was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. They well maintained The room by cleanliness. Terrible Stay
Ac is not working at all and restroom is too nasty and not able to sit in the toilet more than 2 muns because of that nasty smells in washroom.

Bed sheets were not changed and strands of hair came be seen on it.Leftovers of food was also there on the bed.

Peaceful and Comfortable Stay
We had a pleasant stay as a couple on April 2nd. The location was convenient, the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was polite. Great service and peaceful ambiance made our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend for couples!
