Review Of Hotel Sagar Ratan

Location is good. Food is outsourced with limited option and average quality. Amenities were below par. Services by mr. Prashant needs to be appreciated. We had booked accommodation and food for three persons, but only two of us stayed. We couldn’t cancel one person’s stay in the facility although we tried on multiple occasions. Neither the hotel was willing to refund the cost of stay and food for one person who didn’t show up.

Bathroom fitting s were not working properly, rooms were not properly equipped, foods were not available, dining missing

Horrible experience. The staffs and the proprietor were bd mannered and refused to open gate at 5 am. Beds were shabby. Total wasteful experience

My stay was ok. Rooms were small compared to standard room and tv was not working. Staffs were quite good and their behaviour too. They really helped us when ever we faced any problem.

Breakfast is okay although they do not have a restaurant, hygiene and safety are substandard, electrical outlets do not work, no complementary water bottle or tea kits are provided, no geyser is provided as promised, only one caretaker who has to be called over phone for every need, terrace is full of empty whisky and beer bottles, overall uncomfortable stay

Average Hotel, clean toilet and room

A good quality hotel . Located near bus stand . No restaurant . Thats the bad part . Rest is OK .

First of all the service is not good. Wi-Fi is not working. Washroom commode water is not working. Room door lock is broken. TV is very bad. Bathroom is not clean. There is no lift in this hotel but as MMT there is shown that there is a lift but lift is not there. Staff is very less. Management is poor.

Location a bit harder to find. Room in good condition but not as clean as expected. No kitchen, so a bit less than what expected. Facilities not as expected. In total not that bad but not that good experience.
