Hotel condition is not good.TV not working.AC not working properly.

1. Beds were completely in terrible condition, full of sweat marks and stains from previous stays. 2. The room had a foul smell. 3. The bathroom was was in a hell of a condition. Commode not cleaned, bathroom floors full of stains and sheets of black dirt particles stuck. Horrible experience. No that's all

Hotel genius was a terrible hotel. Very very bad smelling, ac not working, tv not working. Just terrible. I request to makemytrip team immediately delete this lodge from your database. This is not a hotel. It is 100years old poor house. This lodge not suitable for family & couple.

Not at all a standard hotel with ill maintained rooms, no fooding facilities, no bath room ventilation, smell in the rooms, dirty floor! not at all make my trip standard

Room is average. Not so clean. But if u are in a tight budget and need to stay for one or two nights, you may consider this hotel.

Location near bus stand. No food available in the hotel. Practically no service.

It's very low quality hotel at this price. Actually it is a multi storied commercial floor converted to a hotel. Stuff behavior is also not so good. They gave us lukewarm drinking water in a 700 ml used pet bottle instead of hot water in a stainless still container and charged extra for that.

Bad experience. Bad room service. No parking facility. Bed and blankets are almost damaged and with bad odor. Horrible.

Entrance of the hotel is very dirty. When we checked in the room the washroom was very dirty, had no water in the commode and the geyser was broken. As we asked the stuff to change the room they just ignored us. As we have no option left had to stay in the room. On night we found the ac was not working and sounds like generator. As usual they didn't helped us out. Every bed and bed sheets was dirty. We booked ac rooms but stayed as non as rooms, but on the check out time they asked for extra money for early check in. I never recommend any one to stay on the Hotel and I don't understand how people give this hotel a good review, and how company asked for to pay so much for this kind of hotel.

The geyser was broken, the bedsheets they provided us was very dirty. Cushion cover and the headboard cushioning was so oily and dirty that our own clothing are catching the oil. We See potty in toilet. The ac it's like a helicopter in our room.

Location good but no fooding facility.
