Stayed at Mayur Hotel for two days with family. We have occupied four rooms. No plug points are in working condition. The window glass is broken. All over not up to the mark.

Horrible experience. such as the widow glass of our room was broken, mosquitoes entered and we couldn't sleep. All the taps in bathroom are not in proper working condition. we managed some how.

Very good position of hotel mayur. Market is very near to the hotel. Even railway station and bus stand and various shop, mall. Daily need shop and resturants are nearby to hotel. The hotel boys are very cooperative and helpful. Hotel rooms are clean and airy.

The non-ac room was small. One window was broken and couldn’t be closed. Hence, there were plenty of mosquitoes in the night. Bathroom was clean and geyser was working. The room was not very decorated.

place was good and clean . and staff was good . best for privacy . good for private party and for couples.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city. Spacious. Safe. The rooms are moderately good. The staff hospitality is also pleasing.

Property location was very easy to find near bus stand, i didn’t tried the food here, other amenities and services were good the rooms were renovated but i faced only one issue that geyser was not installed in the room which i was given but they told me to provide a water heater rod. Overall the staffs were very well mannered and supportive

I travelled, along-with my wife, from kolkata to purulia and stayed from 31-12-2024 to 02-01-2025 in mayur hotel. I appreciated truly about the ac standard room. The linen were neat & clean, bathroom was very good, room service food in dinner was very good. Spices and oil used in food were well controlled. Staff behaviour was very good. The hotel is located exactly in the city heart. Room rent charged was very much reasonable. I suggest all couples to accept the services of mayur hotel whenever willing to travel to purulia. Please do not judge the hotel on arbitration. They are really giving all those facilities which are shown in mm t app. Thank you hotel mayur. Thank you mm p app. I will cherish this golden memory through out my life. See you again. Bankim joardar & deblina joardar.

Very peaceful environment inside the hotel and staffs were very helpful. Food was decent, other amenities were satisfactory.

I just love this place,the hotel is friendly and the behaviour of the staff was very good there.The hotel is situated in prime location in the city so there will be no problem for transportation,it is very close to the purulia busstand 15 minutes away from the train station. The view from the window from the room was mesmerizing.So I think everyone can go and explore Purulia by staying in this hotel.

Very comfortable and convenient,I am very happy with their service and their behaviour with the coustomers is very good . The bathroom was also neat and clean .

Good experinnce. The room was nice. The toilet was superb. Very very clean and well maintained. The hotel was only 15 mins. From purulia junction.
