Stay excellent Food fresh n tasty Location outstanding

Property location is okay. Food services are very costly, quality of food is also not good. At early morning, no tea service available. About other amenities : at room, tv & telephone is not working at all. Room service staff are good. Overall rating : average.

The hotel is good, stuffs are well behaved and very helpful, food is also nice. Furnitures are old in some rooms and toilets should be remodeled in some rooms.

Other guests drink inside their room with noise. Otherwise food was good. We booked 2 room, one room was not upto the mark

Location very good, staff are very polite and prompt. Tv set cable having only free to air channels. Bathroom needs repair. Good for short stay.

Good hotel yet and the staffs are very helpful. But the hotel condition is not as before. The maintainence is low. But this hotel is best which is near to the court so i stayed there.

Good for stay at hotel akash. Good service. Good room service. Average level of standard of hotel. The rate of rooms is too high. The hotel akash at purulia is too much high with compare to standard of hotel

The hotel is 15-20 minutes toto ride from the railway station. We travel-led during early february and took a non-ac room. The room was clean. Room service is good. People are friendly and good. If you want to visit places and want to spend the night in a good hotel this is your choice. This may not be a budget hotel and the rates are reasonable.

Every staff behaviour is so nice and cordial. If you even forget to order meals, they will come and take your order. They even arranged for the transport on checkout at 4. 30 am. They also had 24 hrs running hot water, which was very convenient as we had our 5 month old baby with us.

Room is too small& tap was damage, in rs:1500 too much better room is available in purulia

Stay at akash hotel was overall. But the water in the room were not satisfactory. Seal of the water bottles were all opened. This should be checked and fresh water bottle should be given to guests.

The location of the hotel is very good. The quality of food & service is also very satisfactory. The behaviour of the staffs & front office manager are polite.
Safety standards of the hotel is overall good.

Not a great experience. Customer satisfaction is clearly not at the top of their list. Neither the guy at the reception nor the staff were courteous. The room service area was right next to our room and the continuous phone calls kept us awake the entire night. Neither the restaurant nor the reception picks up calls and you have to go and physically order food. The rooms though were nice and spacious with a nice and clean washroom.

Room is dirty also toilet is not clean.
