Hotel S11 overall excellent only network problem due to connectivity of airtel and reliance network only Vodafone network work properly. I stay here with family. Good. Service good. Good place for sight seen.

I had booked suite room. Got late for check in because of traffic .. Room was given to some one else. I had to compromise and stay in a shabby room as per photo attached. Receptionist shankar was drunk and refused to give room. Owner cannot be contacted. Worst service. I need my refund asap.
