Hotel S11 overall excellent only network problem due to connectivity of airtel and reliance network only Vodafone network work properly. I stay here with family. Good. Service good. Good place for sight seen.

Want to refund my full money. I already make complain against this booking. Hotel is very bad Location. As per court guidelines these areas hotels are closed due to greenery norms. I am not make good reply with MMT

I had booked suite room. Got late for check in because of traffic .. Room was given to some one else. I had to compromise and stay in a shabby room as per photo attached. Receptionist shankar was drunk and refused to give room. Owner cannot be contacted. Worst service. I need my refund asap.

Property is good but maintenance was not properly handled. If you visit to ambaajee then location is OK. Otherwise for Mount Abu it's far away. Need to improve in cleanliness and service staff. Food quality was good.
