Terrible Stay
We had a very disappointing experience at RSB Plaza. The owner here is extremely money-minded, and their bike rental service is one of the worst we have come across. Almost all the vehicles are tied up with a North Indian rental team, and the bikes are in very poor condition. They charge ₹600 per day, but the quality is nowhere near worth the price. Unfortunately, we even met with a terrible accident because of the poor condition of the rented bike. After this, instead of showing any concern for our safety or situation, the owner tried to manipulate us and demanded ₹5,000 for damages. Even the mechanic himself admitted that the scooter was not worth even ₹1,000. This clearly shows they only care about extracting money, without providing proper service or ensuring customer safety. We strongly feel the owner should be held responsible for the accident caused by their badly maintained vehicle. Overall, it was an unsafe and unpleasant experience, and we do not recommend this place to anyone.

SIMPLICITY WITH POCKET-FRIENDLY CONVENIENCE
Hotel RSB Plaza in Tiruppur has been a simple, budget-friendly stay that is very conveniently located next to the Railway Station along with some good veg & non-veg restaurants and a nice bar nearby. The staff have also been very friendly and helpful.

Good Stay
Room was clean and neat, mainly suitable for business visits stay. Hotel should mention some marking about the lift in ground floor because the reception is in 2nd floor and new comers won't be able to locate the lift because there was no marking. Which makes the guest to climb stairs first time. Towel, brush and paste is provided. Recommended for bachelor business guests. There is no breakfast or food available in this hotel, you can get vegetarian restaurant nearby walkable distance

Poor Stay
Service is below average. They did not provided an extra towel or a bottle of water. Also no toothpaste and shampoo as usual stays provided. And their reception was not responsive. We asked them for the dinner they are least concerned. And for the price range the room size is small compared to other stays.

it was horrible and very scary stay... When we were at the hotel, suddenly at around 1 in the night 2 or 3 people started ringing the doorbell and hitting the door. When I called one of the staff, they were saying that I don't know who it is and later that staff switched off the phone. me and my wife did not sleep the whole night. ... my wife cried the whole night..
