Extremely Disappointing Experience with Booking
Dear [Booking Platform/Company],
I'm writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with my recent booking experience. Despite booking a property for two days, I was forced to switch to another property without any prior information. The new property was 19 km away, and upon arrival, I found that there were no rooms available. I was left standing on the road .
I request a full refund , I haven't received any compensation or resolution. This experience was a complete waste of my time and money.
