I have a very worst experience in this hotel i didn't get the room the picture they put in the app and room is not clean bathroom it is not mainded they are not providing amenities. staff attitude was not good

Stay is okay But your timing was very harmful to us because we reached at 11 pm and we booked this room for night stay and 12/7/25 day stay - In the time of booking you can ask check in time. It is necessary when 12 clock the hotel staff wanted to vacate & it became very difficult and loss of money So you consider the check in & check out time in guest needs

Frustrating unnecessarily unpleasant experience

Extremely unpleasant check in experience. At 12 midnight when I just needed to relax and sleep they made me very stressed completely unnecessarily. Didn’t feel like the guy wanted to understand and help. He didn’t care at all. Every thing I had to ask seven times so that finally they did. Asked 7 times for a bedsheet, mosquito repellent they say no no and eventually they give. Basic amenities missing unless you ask many times. Cleanliness not so good.

We booked a double AC room for 3 adults for one day. we got 2 double cot & 1 single cot inside the room. we checked in at night 1.30,still staff was available and supportive.The room was spacious enough but the cleanliness was okay, the room had slight smell and the washroom also was not perfectly clean. hot water was not hot at all, despite complaining we didn't get seperate hot water at least. the location was easily identifiable, they get us breakfast for seperate cost on request. the food was good. no seperate parking space, we had to park on the side road only. Also they don't have any stay place for drivers, however there is a dormitory in next building for a rent , which was booked on request. Except the hot water, it was a good stay for short period

Everything is nice. Except that, they showed a room with a double bed & a single bed but on check in they gave room with a double bed & gave us an extra bed which we should put in the floor. That made an awkward situation for our guests.
