The stay at royal palace was comfortable, hotel was very clean, tidy, rooms were very well kept up, bathrooms were very clean and staff was very co operative and helpful. Ovrrall experience for stay was very good.

Facilities are less according to the stay charges. Tv not working, hot water available only after demand, even drinking water not provided free in the room.

Stay was not good. Bedsheets were directly, bathroom was not cleaned, lift was not working during evening. I have not taken images

no ac in the room, the quality of room is worst. there is dampness and the quality of the room is overly priced and dirty. photos are misleading, no phone to call to reception or house keeping. no geyser no chair, bedsheets are dirty and smelly. why one should pay 2000-2500.
