    Bad services and harsh with customers

    Booked with Royal Palace Hotel online and made payment online. When I reached hotel they showed me some other hotel. As it was late evening I didn't much argue with them. Cheating people. This is not the end. Late night they came and said the online payment didn't reach so asked me to pay again. Shocked with the incident.
