Property location is good but no proper service

Food not good, rooms are clean, room service is very poor.

Worst worst worst hotel. Sorry it's not an hotel. Its an local lodging. No refrigerator. No telephone. No room service. And the worst they don't have their kitchen. I book all my trips via ake my trip. But this one was worst experience. U must just unlisted it from your list. Please don't misguide people

Property view was very good with lake view from balcony and very honest staff.

Poor service short staff no room service.

Room was so dirty and not at all was clean also there was so much mosquito. They also not having proper staff to maintain the property as no phone service available. Issue with hot water as well. Overall it was bad experience ever.

Property location is good but room amenities and rooms are just basic

We have taken complimentary breakfast package when booking (almost cost increase approx 600, but at actual they will only served only one item+tea/coffee whose quality is so worst that we even can't able to finish it. When asked to receptionist, his behavior was so rude. Hotel staff does not care about covid measure, they dont even entertain you if u have booked and paid through online. In last, tv is just for name sake.

Great location, but the the hotel clearly has to step up their hygiene practices, including dressing up the staff and cleaning the rooms.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and my experience was terrible. The hotel is located in close proximity with a river and is easy to approach, however the rooms were terrible and not prepared. The hotel have two branches across the river and one is deprived of restuarant. The food served at the restaurant is just average with only one option of veg and non veg for those availing complimentary breakfast.

We found this budget hotel near by Baga Beach on the day of 31st December. There were issue of services and contacting staff as they were running full house. We faced issue in breakfast also, but all and all it is good specious hotel to stay on pick location.

Service was not up to mark, tv was not working

It was very nice stay and awesome place, very clean and staff also was very cooperative and friendly.

Hotel is at good location. But it is very expensive. Rooms are not good. Tv not working, remote not working. You need to call frequently to the reception. Reception guy is good and he responds quickly.

We faced lot of issue due to electricity, late-night no electricity, tv not working, room not clean, hot water not available 24/7 even after informing it will be available, asked for iron machine they did not have that available. Worst experience ever. Did not accept this kind of disguising experience.

I spoke with the guy Anup who was really helpful, I booked online and coordinated over the phone. Anup made sure that I had easy checkin at 2 am and smooth check out next day. He was really helpful, humble and down to earth.
