Good and neat room,housekeeping and maintenance is excellent,clean toilets,but no proper hot water..overall good

It was an amazing stay, room and restroom was so clean and neat, well maintained. Refrigerator and hair dryer also there in room. Breakfast also good.

Stay was good. Staff out here is good. The hotel provides complementary breakfast. However, my check-in was not so good as it took almost 30 mins as the person at reception wants to check payment done though he was having mail from MMT, he also had argument with MMT executive on payment. This show the lack of knowledge among the staff(may not be all)for online booking. Overall good for the business traveler.

Location was good. Parking entry was very narrow. Food was good. Room service and house keeping was very bad. Room cloths were very dirty. Overall terrible rating.
Room service was not good. Called several times for room service. Clothes were very dirty. The room boy was using his slippers in the room and step on in the blanket of ours.

I am business traveller and I travel a lot. I have never ever stayed at a hotel this bad before. The things that were listed in the facilities at MMT app are all wrong, room don't even look remotely similar and the worst part, it's nowhere near or in Coimbatore, it's all the way 25 kms from the city at a very bad location, you will not find any taxi here No OLA, No RED Taxi. Now to the food, it's really bad. They served chicken biryani instead of an egg and it still had bone pieces.

Hotel is located right beside the highway and is much better than it looks from the outside. Would definitely stay here next time. Service time for the restaurant was a bit long. Rest of the stay was good.

It is a good hotel considering the facilities and hygiene but do check all the contents in your room when you check in. There was no ash tray in the room during my whole stay but during my check out they charged me with extra money for lost ashtray. They are not much trustworthy.

Room was neat and clean. However no complimentary drinking water or tea /coffee facility. Food in restaurant was good. Very convenient location. Staff does not know any language other than tamil. Lot of power cut in the night.

This is a very nice place to stay. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. I asked for a pickup from the airport, one of the staff was available at the airport to receive us and take us to the hotel. They provided everything that we asked for. The food is also good.

Never stay in this hotel, instead you stay over railway platform that will be fine. Bathroom was flooded, no water, intercom not working. So go to reception and tell for the things. Makemytrip traveller, so they gave the worst room. I stayed for one hour and paid for whole day.
