Review Of hotel rest and view

It was a good experience but due to game zone on upper floor there was too much noise...............

The Room was not ready for check in even at 10:00 PM. The bedsheet was stained, Bathroom was dirty. The morning tea starts from 8:00 AM.

The room initially allotted was very dirty and cigarette smell was clear. On not accepting, we got another room which was better, but the room was not clean. No Restaurant and this is more of a guest house, but not at all well maintained. AC was working and washroom was clean, that was the only good thing

Hotel is decent. It’s locate in trp mall, so surrounding is also nice . Staff also sober and it’s good for solo traveller. Having parking facilities.

Property is located near BRTS and helped me for faster and cheaper transport. Location is good and food is ok.

Property location is very good, rooms and bathrooms are clean, u will get vehicle easily, as it is in the mall, lots of shopping options, food quality and taste is good.

I was denied access to hotel. I didn't stay in this hotel but money also not refunded yet. I tried to check in to the hotel at 7 july 1. 20 am due to delay in flight but denied by the hotel manager as the booking information was not available with them. I showed makemytrip booking invoice but hotel manager denied to check in. Due to no option left in the mid night we booked to ginger hotel and checked in. Therefore may i request you to kindly refund my booking amount. Thanks. Swap-an sinha

The location is easy to find and room service is quite up to the mark. The rooms are affordable and comfortable.

Room size too small, need lots of improvement in breakfast, wi-fi not working no disc connection

Maple hotel nearby is much better. The cleanliness and hygiene is very very poor. Nearby hotel maple is quite well kept, which is there in the trip mall itself.

It was nice and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and active. Only problem is, there are no windows in the rooms. So it becomes a problem for freshness of the room.
