Terrible Stay
Disappointing Stay Due to Noise Issues I stayed at Hotel Ramson plaza during my official trip, hoping for a peaceful and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by a wedding ceremony held at the hotel, with extremely loud music playing until 11:55 PM. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep before my important engagements. When I approached the hotel management for a resolution, they were dismissive and simply stated that I should have checked before booking. This lack of consideration for guests expecting a restful stay was disappointing. A hotel should proactively inform its customers about such events, or at the very least offer some mitigation. While the property may have other positive aspects, my experience was marred by the lack of responsiveness from the staff regarding guest concerns. If you are visiting for business or a peaceful retreat, I strongly recommend verifying any scheduled events beforehand to avoid a similar issue.

Pathetic, horrible, full of dust everywhere. Looks like a b hoot bangla after reception. Bedrooms smell horrible. Bathroom smells entire gas coming out. Terrible.

businessLocation is close to bus stand but far from railway stn. Hotel service is average, room service can be better with hygiene. Rooms are little damp due to rain. But behaviour of staffs are good.

Best hotel in Motihari
The hotel location was good in the main Road. Room was nice and spacious. The food was delicious but room service was not up to the mark.

Average stay
The hotel's location was nice, near the highway. The behavior of staffs were poor. The room was okay and food was also good. Parking facility was available over there.

Overall stay was good but hotel needs improvement
The hotel was good and location was easily accessible and convenient. The room was good and clean but service was not good bit delayed. The food was good, washroom was also clean.

Food quality is not good and as per tariff hotel room is not suitable
