Yes hotel is good and location is also in good place but one thing is tea and food very costly and compare to other hotel over all good all things and staff is also good 👍

Extremely unprofessional staff. I stay two day when said about room cleaning next day, they say we can’t clean room daily only after someone vacates in respect of how many day stay, wifi was not working, there was no geyser in winter and no arrangement of hot water foe bathing. Room was totally sirty when i entered. If u don’t have hygiene issue then u can stay

It was totally disaster. The pic they were showing was not actually there. I had to adjust myself, but won't go there again. it is totally waste of money to visit there.

after spending i felt like i was staying in a room worth rs 1000...no complementary water bottle...no water glasses, intercom not working...

I had booked hotel with breakfast but hotel was not provide the breakfast and told that due to electricity issue we are not provide you and hotel was also charge for breakfast in hotel bill.

The room looks old. No air conditioner. No iron when asked.

I booked this hotel time for the bps c exam in the month of august and paid the charges for this booking. Before arriving at the hotel mm t customer care told me that the property cancel-led your booking. I talked to proper t manager then he denied about my bookin and told that no booking is made by your name. Don't book this hotel specially when traveling with family.

The pictures shown were taken when the hotel was brand new, now the condition of the rooms are very poor. Problems: the room was stinking badly, the walls were dirty and broken. The towel hanger in the washroom was broken

Good hotel but they do not reserved room what I was booked. I was requested to take another type with extra price.

No water supply, ac not working, food was worst caused food poisoning. We also made a complaint but no action was taken. Mmt should take action against this.
