Review Of Hotel Galaxy Grand

The hotel was recently opened ( a few months ago). The room is quite decent but the service is poor since the staff are untrained. There was absolutely no water in the bathroom till about 8 am and no one at the reception or answering any of the phone numbers. I had to go down twice in search of someone to listen and get the water pump motor switched on. The location of the hotel is pretty remote but adequate signs have been provided to locate the entrance. The food choices offered for lunch/ dinner ( a la carte) are quite good though, however breakfast choices are limited and start pretty late. The price paid for the stay however is very reasonable.
