It was overall a very good stay. The locality, the food was good. One complain i have is that the hotel manager tried shifting me to a substandard ground floor room instead of the one i booked. It was only after my protest, i was allotted a different room.

Check in experience was not good. I reached hotel around 6. 45 pm 6 hrs after standard check-in time but than also i had to wait for more than 35 min at reception for check-in as our room was not ready. 2. I booked the room for 3 person but the bed was just for 2, if beds were not available than they must have mentioned this and they offered a matters so that 3rd person can sleep on floor

The hotel premises were very clean and staff were very courteous. Enjoy the stay

The receptionists are not supportive and price of meals are too high. Room service staffs will pressurise you to give them tip. The location of the hotel from the main market (chhatarpur) is so far. So think twice before book the room. Thank you.

Office trip, but night stay in this hotel so comfortable

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. They made us change rooms on all three nights for various reasons. The rooms are okayish. The food is good
