Poor Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered an issue with the AC in my booked room right after check-in. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available that day, and the hotel offered me an alternative room with lower-quality facilities. Since I had no other choice and needed a functional AC, I had to accept the offered room, even though it did not meet my expectations. The breakfast options were quite limited, with only 2-3 items available, which was underwhelming. This issue was only addressed after I raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip customer care. While MMT has provided me with a discount coupon for my next booking, it does not change the experience I had during this trip. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I hope the hotel improves its service and amenities to provide a better experience for future guests.

Not recommended
Location of this hotel is very poor. No convenance available in this area even during day time. Food quality is average. Go for simple food (like dal fry, steam rice, etc. Security of this hotel is fine.
All types of rooms only have a bed, tv, ac (cool only. Nothing else present as mentioned like room heater, air purifier, dental kit, toiletries, tissue, study table with chair, and everything else. Blankets which were available was of any common sub-standard quality. The charge is absolutely not justified with the facilities which are provided. Not recommended. Try booking any stay near motihari railway station itself. Area beyond moti-jheel(location of this hotel) is not at all good. Area around station till moti-jheel is fine and it is therefore advised to have any booking there only. Thanks.

Dear mr. Anand, first of all apologize that we reverting you so late your valuable comments is really matter for us. Coming to the ambient it's well cleaned decorated now. Food quality is totally different and changed because new chefs are working with modern food. Now we have transport facilities inside of motihari like pick up and dropping from and to bus stand and railways station. We have changed a lot. Please give us one more chance to serve you. Temperature should be monitored while moving inside the campus of hotel during covid 19 time service was good wel mannered staff
