bad experience ac leak not clean bathrooms and toilet

Toilet was not cleaned during allotted room. Dirty blanket was provided, given phone was not working. Provided breakfast was not fresh as it was cold and found a *****s long hair in breakfast. Completely wast of money. Behavior of hotel staff was so rude as well.

Happy stay in sitamarhi. Come stay and get experienced. Hotel gokhul inn is very neat and clean and good

Hotel gokul inn at sitamarhi is a basic decent accommodation but the price is surely on the higher side. The most uncomfortable part was the bed and pillows which were very hard and we could not sleep at all. Bathroom was ok but they need to clean and disinfect and have some fresheners and aroma placed to remove any foul smell. The tv was not working. Tea was brought from the ground floor vendor. The boys were good and polite. But surely the property owners must improve the room fresh room feel and clean fresh bathroom even though they had decorated the room well. But more important is the freshness and the good feel factor. This is a honest opinion and they will only benefit from these corrections. Good luck.

No lift in the hotel. Rooms satisfactory. Staff good. Food good

Decent hotel for short overnight stay. Positive points:. Proximity to sitamarhi railway station. . New constructed building. . Spacious room with all basic amenities. Negative points. . Hotel is located in 1st floor without lift facility. . No in-house restaurant to provide meals facility. . Linen cleanliness can be improved.

Excellent service of the staff. Very tasty snacks and coffee. Food rates reasonable. Drinking water bottles sufficient. Living room clean. However, the bathroom stink will have to be done away with, wot h better exaust fan. Pressure in the shower also needs to be improved. No windows in the room. In to to, a reciprocal value for money

The bed sheet was not clean.

Room is clean, service is good, all members of this hotel are very helping in nature. Thank you "make my trip " you really make my trip rememberable.

The service was good: we booked 2 rooms double occupancy and 6 of us stayed: rooms were good and stayed was pleasant. While booking said charges income extra persons bed, but during check out we were told it does not include extra bed it includes only extra person charges: finally paid a couple of hundreds to exit:

The property is poorly maintained. Not recommended.

It's lodge room and dirty smell

Stay was fine. Food could have been better.

Location is on main road but entrance is not very impressive. Room size and furnishing is good. They don't have in-house resturant but supply food from outside. Service can be said just satisfactory. Overall management is not very professional. Still it can be given 4 star considering the town.

Bedsheet was not clean. Bathroom was smelling bad. Shower was not working. Wash basin tap was in damaged condition. Neither any soap or anything provided. Towel was not clean. Very bad experience and make my trip is also careless about this.

Very close to sitamarhi station, you can also find good restaurants like second wife, biryani mahal near the hotel.
