Review Of Hotel Ramas Residency

Very horrific and disgusting experience ever. When i was visited the property, the property was closed. When i call them they didn't picked up the call but after trying many times they finally picked the call and said that the hotel is closed and we can't do anything regarding this. Just call to makemytrip for refund and disconnected the call. When i called the makemytrip customer care they said that your problem is being solved but until now nothing is done and no refund is given

Boys for cleaning and room service are very good and hospitable. Felt comfortable during stay. Ac was a issue

Water was leaking in all the taps and closet, no dustbins were provided

Rude behavior, flush not working, a/c not working, no hot water for bath overall terrible experience. Also when we went for checkin they said rooms not available, also they said u have done in make my trip so ask them. Not only me many of them were having same problem in this hotel. They were also fighting with hotel management. What else totally we lost hope on make my trip hotel suggestion.

Location is good. Overall good experience. Very good people and response. Can recommend to friends and relatives
