Review Of Hotel JAYAAM

Very worst experience in this hotel.. Rooms and washrooms not cleaned properly. Very bad customer service.

I booked my tickets and reached hotel at 12 am to check in but hotel management denied to check in because the booking amount is too low through booking and they said that cancel your booking. he said it's your booking and your problem not my business. Finally he said if you want to stay, book your hotel room at hotel reception only. There is no option for me at that time with my family so i booked hotel in hotel reception.

Disappointing with unexpected rs500 charges extra from staff and started arguing. Wouldn't recommend

Room was neat and clean. Employees are so kind room is very close to the temple. We enjoyed alot and so much comfortable, thanks

Room cleanliness was ok. But there was terrible smell in room, bathroom, and in basement car parking area

Ok for solo travel and not good for family

Everything is clean, good and neat. The only thing is a cons is the location situated nearby nh71 and makes the vehicles noises sometimes!

Hotel is next to temple and it takes 10 mins to reach temple entrance by walk. Room and bathroom cleanliness is not at all good. Lizard was there in the bathroom and not maintained.

Ok for stay but not that Worth

Food is not available. No wifi

Hotel room wise ok. Ok for 2members and hot water available. I paid for 3persons for only 4hours. Other hotels charges available in hours also. Booking online is not good for this hotel.

1. Bathroom's need to be cleaned. 2. Wire or lighting or electrical things are open in room (eg- a night lamp left open). 3. Hot water does not come.

Nice and clean Hotel room. Toilets were clean and hot water was available.

I have very mixed response from the stay. It's very hard to stay there for a while.

Hotel was good and pleasent, staff was good, good parking.

Near to temple. Had hot water. No blanket, towel, soap, blanket has to be asked. Though TV is their remotes won't be given (given only 1 to change channels, if TV goes off (power off/manually) you can't on it/you have to request for it). If main priority is darshan/sight seeing (less time in hotel) you can prefer.

One of the bad option Hotel, cleanliness is not up to the mark and bathroom is not at all good. Hotel people are not knowledgeable. I suggest everyone not to opt for this Hotel.
