Cleaning poor, and smell is coming, tv not working

I've opted for a room on high floor but they didn't what the reality is the receptionist don't even know there's a booking for the hotel and they don't even look back to us after providing a room

Very average hotel and needs more improvement. If they improve to some extent then it would be best choice.

Toilet maintenance was pathetic, switches were to be fixed, telephone was not working.

Room is OK, but there is a electricity problem. There is no generator. That's why the power will be on and off. Otherwise the room is good and service is also good.

They don't even have a system at the front desk to verify. The front desk people were calling some other for confirming room availability. Rooms were not that good. Behavior of the staff was OK.

The rooms are small and the neatness is ok. There is no heater. There will be tv but there is no connection for it. The management of the hotel doesn't respond to the problems and other needs. So the hotel is not Worth it for the money.

The stay was very excellent my mother was with me. She liked the location and very near to temple. Just 2 minutes walk.
I have taken two rooms in this hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy. The middle aged man who was a hotel manager helped us a lot. He was polite and humble. The room service was excellent. The hotel was very near to the temple. Lift facility was there for elderly people. Overall the stay was great and excellent. The room boys were helpful.

Location, food, cleanness everything is excellent best place to stay.

Please make improve the room quality and as well as hospitality.
