Room is well maintained.. all facilities are good. Only TV didn't work. Food rate seems bit costly.. overall stay was good

Location- walkable distance to temple. Room hygiene-poor Room Cleanliness - Poor Room facilities - very poor. Hot water in toilet gun as well.. Very dangerous. Hotel admitted they had a plumbing issue. Had to change room due to cleanliness but still water problem was not solved. Very inconvenient stay. Food - above average/ good.

location is good next to temple. I booked 308 sqft deluxe room they given me 220 sqft room which is small . I raised complain with customer care, one customer care guy ishan bhardwaj helped me. his coronation bring additional bed. which is helped me. bcoz I booked king size bed , hotel provided me queen size. initially hotel manger was argue with me, ishan involved and helped me. even manger understand the issue which I raised with him. I booked 308 sqft room. They provided 220 sqft. I booked a king size bed and they were given a queen size bed. I was not happy ivfid lots of argument with hotel manager. Finally mmt customer service guy ishan bhardwaj. Helped me snd organized additional bed . Thanks to isshan fir his patience and calling me back and helping.

Near Srikalahasti temple maintainence very good

The rooms are good , but small in size, location is perfect , need to improve on hospitality , Wi-Fi gets disconnect frequently

Stay was excellent staffs are very friendly we reached there mid night actually with luggage tiedup I'm carrier staff themselves unloaded th carrier luggage they only transferred the same to room it was hasslfe free , during checkout also they helped to carry luggage as we are family they helped us like anything thank you so much for that people

Stayed at SSR Hotels, Srikalahasthi for 2 days in a 4-bed standard AC room—perfect for my family (2 adults + 2 kids). Spacious room with all basic amenities: table, chairs, wardrobes, smart TV, cold drinking water, Wi-Fi, clean bathroom with hot/cold water, toiletries, and blankets. Hotel has a pure veg restaurant on the ground floor and covered parking for guests. Just a 1-minute walk to Gate No. 4 of the temple. Reception and service staff were polite. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Recommended for families visiting the temple.

The stay was good and the staff were really helpful Only drawback is wifi speed is so slow.

property is located in the main road very near to temple. Good parking place provided. Property is provided with two lifts and it is attached with a resturant with clean and good food. Room cleanliness can be improved. Otherwise all other parameters are very good 👍👍

room was allocated to someone else, even after online booking, waited for 45 mins at night to get back room. staff are not so responsive. but room is good.
