We had a Good time with family. Very near to Temple and convenient and Walkable distance from the Hotel.

I was saw on Map. really good stay. and food also every taste. i was pre booked for darshan in Srikalahasti temple. so I just tried to book near one.this is perfect for couple in Budget.

We stayed at SSR Hotel recently, and our overall experience was average – not too bad, but not great either. The location is definitely a plus point, as it’s just about 500 meters from the Kalahasti temple, making it easy to walk there. However, we faced several issues during our stay. The AC in our room was not working as expected, which made it uncomfortable. Although the room had a TV with a cable connection, the hotel did not top up the cable, so it was not working throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable – it showed “no internet access” even when connected, and most of the time we had to rely on our mobile data. The hotel offers room service and food, but they close the service after 10 PM. This was inconvenient for us as we were traveling with a small child and needed food service available at least until midnight. Additionally, even though we checked in late (after 10 PM), the hotel did not agree to extend the checkout time without charging extra. Overall, the stay was manageable but could have been much better with proper maintenance of amenities, more flexible services, and improved hospitality.

Room Hygiene is good , Food price is too high and not that tasty. Apart from that everything is okay

Hospitality was good and it is a good choice for those who travelling with family. But food beneath the hotel is quite expensive and it was quality one and they provide food service at your door steps.

The property manager was so rude Blanket, hot water, TV , doormat are not available anything even Tv also hot water also major issues of their in this hotels very bad There is no comfort here facilities, major of the management is very bad, very, very bad

Location- walkable distance to temple. Room hygiene-poor Room Cleanliness - Poor Room facilities - very poor. Hot water in toilet gun as well.. Very dangerous. Hotel admitted they had a plumbing issue. Had to change room due to cleanliness but still water problem was not solved. Very inconvenient stay. Food - above average/ good.

location is good next to temple. I booked 308 sqft deluxe room they given me 220 sqft room which is small . I raised complain with customer care, one customer care guy ishan bhardwaj helped me. his coronation bring additional bed. which is helped me. bcoz I booked king size bed , hotel provided me queen size. initially hotel manger was argue with me, ishan involved and helped me. even manger understand the issue which I raised with him. I booked 308 sqft room. They provided 220 sqft. I booked a king size bed and they were given a queen size bed. I was not happy ivfid lots of argument with hotel manager. Finally mmt customer service guy ishan bhardwaj. Helped me snd organized additional bed . Thanks to isshan fir his patience and calling me back and helping.
