MGM grand treats you differently when I don’t book with them directly. Had to raise voice for room service to be provided. Bathroom door don’t close. Phone don’t work, only got replaced by the time we were checking by out. Third visit to this hotel has made it terrible experience for my family. G07 was my room.

just awesome 👍...this is my second visit to this hotel, super cleaned rooms, hot water, good room service. i would strongly suggest for families...also they have arranged cab for me to reach nayudupeta railway station with reasonable charges. when you are planning visit Kalahasti, go to this hotel only....no need to think further

Poor Stay

while the only positive is the location of the hotel, it is not a value for money. The rooms look like half renovated....there are no side tables at the bed side. the fan does not work properly , AC does not work at required temperatures. the bathrooms are too small....no hooks to hang the clothes in bathrooms.... Staff do not care to talk to you. they do not even know what customer experience is. I wish I will never ever stay here.

Property is very good. Food is excellent but available for limited hours only; there is no room service for food. Staff are very good. Property is just opposite the main temple. Ambience is very good. Overall, it's a very good hotel to stay.

the stay was booked for my mother who is 86 years old. I called the Hotel one Ameen picked up. I told him about my mother her age and her needs. It was taken care of and the junior suite room was clean and the view of the temple was divine. suggestions The Hotel should have a wheelchair facility and also Phones it took me many calls over 3 days to reach them the stay was booked for my mother who is 86 years old. Is close to the temple with a few minutes' walk. Has a good parking within the hotel complex. Rooms are basic and ok for a short stay. Staff is knowledgeable and assist with information about darshan and timings. Amenities like tea coffee maker, refrigerator, sofa/cushions, extra-toiletries, counter-top for sink, partitioned shower chamber were not available.
