HOTEL BLUE STONE 2

The room was neat hygiene and clean , provided water bottle , i booked 2 queen size beds and the bluestone 2 has a driver lounge as well , hot water is available 24*7 , the staff were friendly and English speaking and the checkin time is 12 pm to next day 12 , nice view to temple and 5 minutes walk from 3 and 4 gate

I had originally booked for 2 days, but my plans changed. I requested to move my booking to the next day, and your team confirmed it was okay. However, when I checked in the next day, they told that the dates were not changed.

Room & services are good (staff are friendlier), but there is lot of bad smell once you step out of room in building...

Rooms were clean, room keeping was available as our need.. it was very near to temple. Air Conditioned room properly maintained

Whenever we visit piligrimage centres, we expect heavy crowd around and lots of noice around hotels. But HOTEL BLUEDIAMOND 2 was different. Very quiet but very nrar to the temple, very clean and delivered watever they offered. Toilets were sparkling clean, TVs covering most of the channels and overall A1.

Room is quite clean and spacious. Had a pleasant stay near temple. Having ample amount of parking space. They provided necessary toiletries.

hotel bluestone hotel is very excellent hotel which is very near to the temple. They have provided very hygienic beds and rooms. The reception person siva is very kind and received us very well. They also provide additional information about temple and nearby places to visit. Adjacent to hotel there is a very good restaurant for food. Thank you siva for your services. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family for next visits. They also provided room and washroom for drivers. 10/10 rating

hotel management tried to open my room door at 5am in the morning with a master card and knocking it rapidly, I didnt know who it was and was scared a lot and didnt open it. next few mins after I get a call from the front desk asking when I will check out even though check out time is at 12pm. never experienced this situation in my whole life. this traumatized me a lot. this is not safe for women or solo traveller's. by God's grace I locked the door

Location of the property is very close to the Temple. They do not have an in house restaurant. The room boys get what ever you order, from the next- door restaurant. There was a king sized bed in a very spacious room. Three of us could comfortably sleep on the bed. The bathroom was also very spacious. Room boys, especially Rama Murthy and Naidu, provided excellent service.

I have booked this hotel for 3 days. It is a brand new property at very good location. Temple is at walkable distance. This hotel does not have restaurant. It was overall a good stay except my room service was pathetic. Inspite of reminding multiple time to manager Mr. raju, i didn't get room cleaning/service! I had to do a lot of follow up after a tiresome day. It was not the hotel staff issue, it was purely coordination issue from the hotel manager.
