Better call it lodge. Pros: location neat rooms cons: 1)the rooms entrance remind me of boys hostel. You need to close the door and windows for privacy. No balcony. 2) in a tourist place like chikmagalur hot water from 6am to 8. 30am that too after paying 1400- for small room is rip off 3) bathroom entrance is low height i end up hitting wall 3_4 times. 4)no complimentary water in room

Worst not worth the money, service is too bad. Dont ever choose this hotel i made a mistake choosing it. Didnt even got plates

The room i booked was for 3 people but instead was given room which accommodates 2 people but later when asked they provided mattress laid on the floor. The room was small. But good enough.

I booked 3 occupancy room by seeing the photos but they allotted very small room even putting additional bed also not possible. Then i raised the complaint in reception and they denied initially and after heat argument they agreed to change for a medium space room which also con-jested but adjustable for the situations. Room was pretty neat and clean also clothes also very clean. But parking area is too limited and available on first come first serve basis. Due to the small place riders bike damaged (many scratches)my car while removing from the parking. No maintenance for parking.

The stay was average. Rooms were clean with proper water supply. Due to peak season the rooms were over rated. Overall the experience was good. The hotel parking was an issue and the staff did not even provided towels. If you are going to stay in this hotel during your visit to chikmagalur, do pack your towels with you.

The room size was not reasonable for the price. We faced issues of multiple power outages at night with no backup power. Hot water was barely available.

It was a good hotel with all the amenities, service was good, staff was well behaved. Overall a good experience.

Hotel did not provided basic amenities. Phone no was also incorrect. Vehicle was parked outside on road only. As per fair and room photos both were unmatched

Rooms were good with clean bathroom. Parking was not there, so i you are going with your vehicle, avoid this hotel

No soap in toilet no towel no exhaust leak n bathroom and smell coming to room bed is soo small where can’t sleep more than 2 but we adjusted 4 anyhow bed sheet has big holes no service post 10:30 even luggage pickup that they did for me but showing extra effort’s made for me room is very small and no facility even no phone intercom 15inch television but no remote no drinking water and when i came to reception then asking bring empty jug and fill from kitchen on another floor and this was happening in front of their staff members available on the spot and they refused my multiple requests then i found used bisleri bottle without cap and bring water to my other floor located room fan is only run at full speed or off, no working speed adjusting

Furniture is very old, bedsheets have holes, no soap towel, no parking system properly, they wake me up at 7 o clock in morning for car parking to another place. Washroom have no shower. Worst experience

Lift is not in the hotel. Its made lot struggle to us. Rooms are in the 3rd floor. My father mother aged. Made to struggle lot.

It is an average hotel in terms of cleanliness and service, but there is no wifi and the tv does not work

There is no facility or amenities provided, no towels, no soap, no hot water, no shower and literally no electricity for most part of the day. They off the power it seems during day times their room service is terrible and it is difficult to get anything you requested.

The place was beautiful to stay in as a group.

If i have to talk about food then i'll say this place doesn't have food and catering services. But there are restaurants nearby so you can go there and eat but if you want the food to be delivered in your room that is difficult. And regarding location location is very good it's in the city but stay is not good at all they don't have even room service they don't even give towels they don't even give soap hot water also is very limited 5:30 to 9 you will get hot water not 9 actually till 8:30 so that to in the morning at 5:30 in the morning to 8:30 in the morning.

Location is good just 5 min walk from bus stand, and nearby you can get many restaurants for folding, room were clean and overall stay was pleasant

1 day charged. But not worth. No cleaning bathroom also not kept clean. Overall i don't recommend this place
