Here’s a revised version with a more measured tone:
Raj Bagh Palace, Jaipur
What I didn’t love:
• The hotel is located quite far from the main city, although it’s near Amer Fort. Because it’s so remote, you can’t really walk to any nearby shops or attractions, and the unpaved road off the main road might be off-putting for some.
• While the property itself is clean, it can feel somewhat deserted. On our first night, it seemed we were the only guests; by the second and third day, we only noticed a few more people. It definitely wasn’t lively during our stay.
• We needed to call multiple times to get towels delivered. Each time, staff said they were on the way, but it took three calls before they actually arrived.
• Hot water wasn’t available on our second and third mornings, and the heater needed repair.
• The flush in our bathroom stopped working on the last day, and it took a while for someone to come fix it.
• We paid around ₹8,000 per night (for three people). Given the issues we experienced, it felt a bit underwhelming for the price.
What I liked:
• The rooms were spacious, which made for a comfortable stay in terms of space.
