I Stayed Here With My Mother. The room was very neat and Clean. There was a Cupboard for keeping baggages. It was quite spacious. They Provide Hot Shower Facility,Clean Towels, Soap Cake, Mineral Water Bottle.They don't have any hidden charges. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT was Quite Convenient. Receptionist is also well mannered and very Cooperative. The location of this hotel is also Easily Accessible and it's near gangwal bus stand so connectivity is also awesome.

Location is very far from railway stations. But near gangwal bus stand. Rooms are average. No proper market ya restaurant nearby. Some temples are nearby that u can visit by hiring cab or auto.

The photo shown on the website did not match with the room shown. The room was smelly and in terrible condition. The hotel person told me the room was given to someone else.We did not stay in the hotel and booked another hotel.

good and clean, manager is helpful in getting tea in morning, location is good with nearby veg restaurant, lifts are not there but our room was on 1st floor so no trouble, housekeeping is proper, hot water supply

Location was ok, rooms were neat and clean, the facility, behaviour of staff quite good, overall it was good experience to me and my family.

Mr. Naveen choudhary is very humble and professional. We were greeted very kindly and professionally by him at hostel golden aura. I wish every hotel had staff like him

It was good n comfortable stay though it was short but comfortable and economical hotel is also city center. Can commute easily anywhere in the city.

The room does not look as good as shown in the image and in the bathroom the flush is not working and the bucket is damaged proper water is not coming. Drinking water is so bad they are using the opened water bottle and refilled water and giving it.

In this hotel, we faced problems for check in, and we paid extra amount charged by the hotel. The location of this hotel is not bad for us, it's ok for me.

Fan, not working, no towels, unhygienic toilet, manager unable to talk due to heavy drinks. Insect on the bed, unable to sleep.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at hotel pleasure palace in indore! the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel like royalty from the moment i arrived. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with every amenity i could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the best restaurants and attractions in the area. I would give this hotel 9 stars if i could - it was truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
