rooms were bad , there were rats roaming around. washroom was very bad. room looked like khanda

Worst hotel experience of my entire life
I was late and checked in at 2:00 PM and till 6:00 PM. I asked for: Why TV is not working, then they arranged tv recharge and remote, then I asked for AC remote, then I asked for Bathing essentials, No food plates, No glass, No services, No room key to lock, then changed my room, I included breakfast in my booking, later next morning I asked for breakfast so rudely replayed our kitchen is closed, we can’t arrange breakfast
