It is a very good hotel for office people and also at the prime location and there food is very tasty and all the staff are very friendly and professional

Toilet floor is not clean and water not gone through

bahut ghatiya hai.book karke gayee thi,lekin maintenance dekhkar check in ke turant baad hi check out kar li .

Great food and hospitality .location is good. Amenities are good and it is easily accessible

Terrible hotel ever booked. Fan was not working ,room was unhygienic looks like they use to clean the room once in a year...full of different kinds of insects!! Small bathroom I had payed for that room!!! Food menu over expensive..plain Maggie 100 rupees!!! Red tea 25 rupees in a remote place like haibargoan!!!!

THE ROOM SHOWN IN PICTURE WAS NEAT & CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED WHEREAS THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE & STINKY, THE ROOM WAS IN A VERY BAD CONDITION. EVEN THE BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGER IS NOT AT ALL WELCOMING.

The rooms were clean, although I found a cockroach in the washroom. It’s safe for women. That behaviour of the staff is really nice. Nonetheless, the room I was staying in had zero ventilation.

They provided me early check-in, which was very convenient for me. Service is also good. Good Staff.
