First of all There is no complimentary breakfast provided here. I was told that breakfast is not complimentary for my room. Secondly, the lock on my room was damaged. The room key is of no use. Though i had booked my room in advance and had paid the hotel fare through make my trip, the hotel staff has declined to acknowledge it. I have showed the voucher but they are not willing to agree.

I had booked by mistake but did not got refund. I called to Make my trip support team. They taken by request and assured for support. But I didn't got refund and I got mail that my issue is resolved. Consider this type of cases in future.

First of all they were rude with online customer and what they post pictures of rooms they denied, said it's high end so if you want pay more and also denied discount given by Makemytrip. Rooms were dirty, bed sheets were untidy and was dirty. Denied Wi-Fi which they offer and what they offer in menu most of were not served said fixes breakfast, lunch and dinner.. Rude with my guest who came to meet me and most of important they entered into room in my absence without my permission... Mosquito spider and cockroaches are also roaming around... Told they don't care about makemytrip customer and company they don't give us business.

Room size is very small. Bath room kit not provided. News paper not provide to the room. Breakfast quality is very low. Mosquito killer not provide the room. Very small TV set installed in the room. Even sufficient hunger also not provide. Conditions of the hotel is so poor, cannot provide a key ring. Only single key provided to me. Conditions of washroom also horrible. No ventilation system is there in washroom.

No choice in breakfast apart from poori sabji/omelet... Pathetic breakfast.. Staff are unprofessional and in disciplined... Hotel does not have payment facility through card.. Room was average.. Number of mosquitoes are found in the morning in bathroom.
