Very poor hospitality, Only one person manage this hotel and he has no idea how to handle with customers, arrogant behaviour, no language sense.. room is not cleaned all the side only seen dust, bathroom is not hygiene shower was not working properly

I booked the hotel by looking into the pics but the room is completely different. 1. hard mattress of bed 2. poor and unhygienic bathroom 3. No windows in the room 4. horrible sounds coming from outside. 5. very dirty water at Bathroom 6. mosquito issue 7. No TV 8. NO geyser at bathroom. I was supposed to cancel the room by looking into it. but as I have paid already and I will not get my refund per your policy. so i was forced to stay in this hote. horrible experience

Frost off all the hotel is not open because of durga puja festival. But i don't know how make my confrim my booking without knowing ki they are not available for puja. And one more thing ki my booking is non refundable so i go the and they tell me sir we are not available. So thanks to you make my trip for i lost my money time and tourble

The most beautiful thing about the hotel is that it's budget friendly. There is no other hotel in nagaon that provides such room in that budget. So if someone wants to stay at nagaon do stay there without any hesitation.

Please ask. I hadn't clicked any picture of this hotel but the hotel is totally unhinged. Deat lizards are everywhere

No service like fooding not available, third class breakfast given from outside

The room was dirty, smelly and in the bathroom the same condition, even the handshower was broken

They told me that you do not use Air condition and tv because you booked with mmt.. and there was not hot water also to shawer..

No room service when we came they talk to us very kindly but after taking the room they started talking to rudely and when see that the room was little dirty we said kindly to clan. The but they said no and extra charge o ac literally which lodge or resort ask for extra charge for ac we bad behaviour never come to this place no water supply and they also said that it is free wifi no changing of the bedsheets broken shower tv was not war king staff was rude and also no food service world's worst-est lodge. Hello

The hotel was totally unprofessional and they don't know the minimum etiquette even. They denied to give me the gst bill and said to collect from mmt. They don't have any food or drinking water even. The owner mr raktim is a manipulating person and told me that i'm not their customer and said that i'm the customer of mmt. So he asked me to collect bill from mmt. In the check out they issued a ordinary bil which have no gst. It's like a fake bill. This property not deserve to be under my biz for business travellers. Mm t should investigate and verify the same and should not tie up with such ordinary low class property.

Excellent very free and comfortable and rooms are clean and everything is well maintained good place.

Issues: 1. No doormat, 2. No dustbin, 3. Water leaking from ventilation due to rain, 4. No mosquito repellent, 5. No drinking water provided, 6. Uncomfortable bed, 7. Breakfast was for namesake. 8. No tea/coffee provided with breakfast.

Room was not ready.. amenities were not available. Breakfast was included but was not available
