HOTEL TLB PALACE

They gave two of our reserved rooms to somebody else. The room was fully paid for. They don't even want to refund. The rooms are not as advertised. Please avoid this establishment, Thank you.

The food in the hotel is fine and the staff are also good and the hotel room was also fine but the size of the washroom is a bit small.

check if experience was nice. food was excellent, staffs are cooperative. need more cleaning. bathroom amenities are missing. moreover good but needs to improve

The property was very beautiful and all the staffs are very good. The foods are bit expensive but the quality is awesome.

Provided the price, the stay was average. The stay was for a single night, and the room is small in size. I would recommend the hotel, make the windows noiseproof, as the whole night you would hear noise because of the road. The food in the hotel restaurant is good, except please ask them if the dish is going to be salty or sweet beforehand.

Hotel room was good.privided all the complimentary stuff but at night when I tried to order food they told me hotel kitchen closed and they coul only provide me a kulcha.in breakfast there was not many option।

The hotel rooms are ok however ac was not working. Bathroom comot was leaking and it's dirty, everytime one flushes. Overall a bad experience

This hotel room size like single bad. Bathroom sawar water dropping very slow. I’m always book hotel makemytrip side not any problem facing. Anyway when we are spending 3240 rupees then having best service provided hotel. All about we are just adjusting here this t lb palace hotel. Because we participated all assam power-lifting competition 2023. This game organised by tezpur district association. So that we staying this hotel. Again saying very poor condition. Thank you

Located less than a kilometre from the busy mission charali, it's a small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and good good and service. Will definitely stay here when i visit tezpur next

Location is easily accessible and food was good too. They gave a good breakfast. And the rooms and bathrooms were really clean. There was parking spot too. Overall it was a good experience

Location is central, close to main market, hospitals & bus terminus. Staff is polite, courteous & helpful. Food is average. Room & bathroom are maintained well. Public space like corridors & restaurant are clean. Entrance to the hotel is from backside from services area, no proper entrance door.

I was pleased by the staffs behaviour and their excellent services which includes delicious food.

The stay was good, rooms are hygienic and clean. It was comfortable, the housekeeping staff were very kind and active. Very good hospitality but, one thing i would like to add is, i had a call on 9th of morning for three times, and they said they are providing complimentary breakfast, so i ordered sandwich with two cups of coffee but late during checkout that breakfast bill was added with the whole bill and i had to pay which was very disgusting. So i request the hotel to look into this matter and take steps, and if possible return my money. Thank you

Great place to stay while in tezpur. Staff was very polite and the service was great. Food was excellent while being affordable. Overall a great experience
