Staff management is cooperative and cool . Property ambience good . Good food quality.

no maintenance like earlier Gyser leakage , AC water reverse, where as I am the regular customer and price compare to other hotels it's high. even maintenance is very poor. cleanliness pillow smelling and no bucket in bathroom for bath. They should understand that bucket is required for female as they can't wash head everyday. it's common knowledge. This time very unsatisfied. Even my daughter 10 years old has given written feedback to them.

This time my stay at KRC Hotel, Tezpur was a very disappointing experience. The service quality was poor, and even after 2–3 calls to housekeeping, there was hardly any response. A marriage party in the top-floor banquet played loud music till late night, and my kids couldn’t sleep properly. Those looking for a peaceful stay or good sleep should think twice before booking here.

Facilities can be improved without involving much extra cost. For example, mineral water should be supplied by the hotel.

Staffs are not trained on how to deal with customers. Too much expensive foods, more expensive than 5 star hotels. I went out from the hotel on the last day of the stay. At around 11am, the receptionist send me a scanner in WhatsApp to make the payment for food. My car was parked, luggage’s were in room. They could not wait for sometime so that I can come and pay.

We enjoyed our comfortable stay at Hotel KRC , Tezpur. The staff here is trained , cordial, warm and ever ready to serve and assist . The property is looked after very well. The rooms , lobby etc are well kept and proper hygiene is maintained. We were , however, disappointed by the Champaran Mutton which was our first meal here. The taste was nowhere close to the authentic Champaran Mutton and all we got in the name of meat was big chunks of bones . Rest everything was good.

Hotel was good but they dont provide Company GST bill on being asked, instead said MMT will give me GST bill input , as they will be paying the GST to mmt.. I dont think it works this way.. MMT should see this and provide me a solution

The hotel is located at a very prime location. Food preparation is good but the hotel staffs need to be more prepared to handle the peak breakfast hour rush. Excellent Service. Well maintained Rooms. Professional attitude by staff. The overall experience is very satisfying and I would love to visit again. But I need to mention here regarding the water quality in the washroom must be looked into. Food, Location and all facilities are good including the quality of service was very good.

In my 2 days stay i found lots of electricity issues, I had stuck in lift 2 times, and after ringing emergency bell nobody was there to help, no phones available in lift.

KRC Palace offers clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a great location in Tezpur. The food is decent, though parking is limited. A reliable, comfortable choice for both business and leisure stays.
