Review Of REFRESKO (creating happiness)

This is my third stay at Refresko and I usually wait and see the consistency of performance before providing a review. I have to say that the stay there has always been top class. The hotel is conveniently located, exceptionally clean, quiet and well maintained. The building of the hotel is self-contained and has food and entertainment options too. The food is also decent without being over the top. The staff do their job perfectly and stay behind the scenes, which is exactly how it should be. This is now my regular place on my Nagaon visits. A word of appreciation for the complimentary breakfast which avoids wastage by not putting out a buffet, but asking people to choose from a limited menu. This not only cuts out wastage, but also ensures you get fresh food.

Room was good in terms of space, cleaned. But Dinner was very bad experience. Over all review was GOOD.

Not good services specially they take charge breakfast charge but they have no any proper breakfast item

Very bad experience. Room service , hotel staff , all are not active al all. Food is oily and prices are very expensive . Do not recommend it. Driver accommodation and facilities not provided. My overall hotel rating is 2 . People can decide accordingly

Neat & clean, helpful staff. Peaceful ambience , a perfect place for a weekend getaway. Good food. The Cinema & the newly opened lounge experience was good.

The strongest point to this property is: on national highway. The building has many other things for people to experience. The restaurant staff are nice, and the food is great. They don't mess up with the original taste. The hotel staff behaviour is nice. I do suggest a stay facility for the drivers. The rooms have ample space to move around, though they should have a floor carpet. Last but not least, the view is amazing from the glass window/wall.

Good place, nice clean rooms. Neat bathroom. Ample parking space. I feel they should give kettle for boiling water and some tea coffee sachets. It’s just a suggestion. Rest all good.

This property is one of the best stay on the highway in the area. In house food is good. There is a popular road site eatery too within walking distance. If timing matches one can enjoy the theater in the same property.

Room is not as per the standard in comparison to price, even room service is not so good it's as per below expectations.

The rooms are huge, plush and of extreme good quality. The view from the rooms are majestic. Food is awesome. Great, for a night's stay. The restaurant is managed most professionally.

Location is very good. The food provided is good too. But the hotel needs to provide bucket for bathroom, a fan in room (as ac is not a solution instead of fan, a small space to dry clothes, a flask for hot water.

Place is nice for stay. Though on the highway but not so noisy and also easily accessible with all amenities available in the room. Food and service is good.

Had a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is convenient for commuters as it's located next to the national highway. The pricing is not so high in comparison to the cleanliness and amenities provided in the premium category rooms as felt by me. The behaviour of the staff at reception and the adjacent food court is nice. One can also enjoy movies in the opera located on the 2nd floor here.

Good stay. Clean rooms. Ample parking space for cars. However the restaurant menu lacked options and price was on a higher side.
