Terrible and stinky place

It’s unfortunate that I get to stay here. Stinky rooms, unhygienic sheets. I get rashes on my skin due to dirty sheets. Receptionist took my Aadhaar card during check in and didn’t return. I also forgot to collect the next day due to tight schedule. And when I realised after few days and called them to courier it, they denied stating that it’s my fault only. Unprofessional and stupid

I had one of the worst and most terrifying experiences of my life during this stay. The staff were consistently rude and completely lacked basic courtesy or training on how to treat guests. The actual condition of the hotel was nowhere close to what was shown in the booking photos — the pictures are completely
