Excellent service at this small hotel. Friendly staff members and good location in Tezpur

The room is too small and not hygienic. Nothing was provided by them — no soap, handwash, or shampoo. There was no cover on the blanket, and the bedsheet was not clean.

The location was perfect and the staff behaviour was good. But there were insects on my bed.

Good location neat and clean rooms. No parking space is a negative. But considering price it's worth.

I don't like the room at all. Very dirty. There were insects inside the room. The room was very congested.

First thing is that the car had to be parked on the road side. While talking to a hotel staff member regarding parking, I could smell alcohol on his breath while he was talking to me. Secondly, the AC was not providing cooling effect. I myself cleaned the AC filter. And lastly at around 4:10 am, someone rang the bell. I woke up and opened the door and could find the same person to whom I talked the night before. When asked why he ranged the bell, he told that he doesn't know who actually ranged the bell of my room.

The hotel had a nice and cozy feel to it. It was clean and the toilets and bathrooms were properly maintained. This property is highly recommended, for families as well as for couples.

Rooms and behavior of the staffs were very good. They were helpful enough. But i think they can change the cushion if the bed and sofa to make it more comfortable. Else whole management was awesome

Very smooth Check in and complimentary water bottle, Receptionest behaviour was very good, room and bathroom was clean. Single room does not have any ventilator, windows are there but can't open for your privacy reason but it's ok for staying a day or two. Elevator is there. All corridors have cc camera which is good. Will visit again, Thank you.
