The overall experience was terrible. The photos of the property shownappear completely and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The lobby, entrance, lifts, and corridors were all unclean. The rooms and bathrooms were in an extremely poor condition.

Location is good, room was spacious, service is poor, food was good but extremely slow to come. No intercom. And room fare is overpriced

Very bad condition of bad sheet, towel, telephone is not working.. very dirty room and toilet… Not upto the mark as required ….

This is not a hotel there are no amenities like hotel . Telephone not working Tv not working. Food is worst and too expensive. Complementary breakfast is worst.

If you travelling with family please avoid this hotel. Expensive but zero comfort. very suffocative small room and non working A.C . Moreover, the bathroom is not cleaned and no curtains in the room. The whole room was giving awfully smell and dirty bedsheets.

Okay for short time stay, the food is good, the property need maintenance and the management have to more disciplined

My recent stay at parkstone hotel was disappointing on multiple fronts. Service staff were scarce, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The room was subpar, lacking basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste etc. Furthermore, the absence of breakfast and food availability added to the overall dissatisfaction.

Very clean and hygiene room and washroom, feel freshness with good quality of meal (optional, services provided by staffs are satisfactory, hotel is just on the main road so it have a good convenience. Thanks

terrible option, small room, very conjusted, ac not work properly and water leakage, food very costly, they don't have restro and in room they charger service charge on it- very funny i know.

Nothing provided like basis soap, water, bedsheets but mentioned as 3 star servive. It is worst than a single star motel. If you remind them things are not there, the owner used to say that it’s a business and if you don’t ask ( kind of beg) they would not provide because they are busy to run it as marriage hall and a lot of work is there where employees are busy. While charging room cost equal to a 3 star, he told us it’s business but while supporting his service he used to treat like he don’t care what others think. The other staff of this hotel told us that they are also suffering bad treatment like a cheap labor and carelessness about their suggestions and support.

The restaurant facilities were not available, as the hotel was catering to a wedding. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. Overall a good stay. Value for money
