    Paid For booking with breakfast but at 7:30 am in the morning also hotel could not provide breakfast and had to leave for the office without breakfast !

    Good experience in malda at hot papilio

    Its a good experience to stay at this property location is just 1. 7km away from station and 700mtr from rathbari more. Foods are also good to taste but want to mention that extra charges applied on packaged drinking water with and above on mrp including gst. Other services are good and staffs are very humble in nature.

    Horrible experience!

    We are really surprised to see and point out to the authority that the milk sachets they have given us expired on 13 th May and on the day we checked in we found a bedsheet with blood marks and small holes ...To this the house keeping attendant replied he is on night shift so he is not responsible.The house keeping staff on say shift did this.Tjough he changed the bedsheet on request.And next day morning while we are about to have tea we found milk sachets they provided already expired 16 days before..In one word Horrible...The location of the property is good , breakfast is decent enough.

    The way the hotel staffs should follow is not up to the standard.

    This is 2nd time within a year, and it was horrible. Ac was not working. Forced to change the room and during change no help found from service boys. Billing was very poor as the boys are not responsive and very poor to produce the correct billing info to the reception. Enquiry is being done for providing water bottle at 12 midnight and disturbing the sleep. At the time of check out the receptionist was unable to act smart and i was about to miss the train.
