I was staying at bm grand for last 2days. The room service is exceptional. They respond within minutes. From cleaning rooms, delivering foods to drinks, everything was done in an instant. Even they provided a cab to drop me to railway station at 4am. The staffs are polite and well behaved. Yes, a lot of improvement can be done in the food quality. I would rate 4/5. With that rating at a place like malda is top notch.
