All are excellent. All facilities are available. Buffet breakfast included. Enjoy swimming pool.

I was traveling with my family and this hotel was for stop over. I had also booked this property during my return stop over but canceled it as my experience is horrible. The property from outside looks decent but as soon as you enter the rooms they are smelly shabby and dirty stained bed sheets and towels. The staffs are laid bad, unresponsive and reluctant. The bed sheet had period stains which made us feel disgusted. The breakfast was as bad as it could be. Please do not visit this property. Cancel your booking if you have booked. In the reception area the AC was leaking water. Overall pathetic.

Pathetic service and horrible room. AC not working and very very dirty. Food is just not eatable. Drinking water is very unhealthy. Don’t go to this hotel . Most 3rd class hotel.

I was promised a Smart TV room, got shifted to a suite without being told it would cost extra, then charged ₹2000 at checkout. They blamed it on MMT's 40% commission. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

Experience was terrible. Such a huge property but no ice cube was available at bar. Nor in room service. Restaurant service was also very bad. Staff behaviour was also not appropriate.

While travelling from long , like direct from Odisha, kolkata to Darjeeling or Gangtok by road with your car, need a stay break, The hotel property nice , Rooms are very nice , but it wasn’t clean properly, I personally found with my one night stay service is poor , need to improved , (May be die to marriage peak time , or festival as per the staff told.,

The hotel is easy to find, the staff is very helpful and accommodating, the food is excellent. The surroundings are very peaceful, I would absolutely recommend it.

Rooms are not well managed... They provide only 500 ml 2 bottles of water which is not an appropriate amount for for 3 people staying.. I asked for ice cube which they denied upfront.. rooms are not cleaned properly you can find hairs of previous guest everywhere.. Room was stinky and they don't spray room freshener.. curtains has come out from the channels and no body fixing those.. Overall poor service.. Rooms are not well managed... I mainly choose this property on the way to siliguri as you won't have to deviate from the malda bypass much. It's a easy exit in the morning. This should be the 4th time that i am staying here. This winter 2024 i stayed here twice to and from siliguri. At the onward s journey to siliguri things were fine except a spider in the room At the time of the return journey i was allotted room 118 on the first floor. Firstly room was way small than advertised. Secondly it seems the property with all its pomp and business has forgotten pest control as there was a spider walking around I had asked the lady at the reception for a change in room with a front view as usual but she responded that it's difficult as the business was good. I got a room with a limited view of a backyard garbage dump. The television is a kodak manufactured with lines on the screen just like our problematic led screens of contemporary mobile phones which no one seems to have noticed. So complete silent late evening. The cutains are unkept. Don't know where this ends. The property needs to pull up their pants.

I stayed at b m grand for 1 night during my travel to dooars. I would like to rate this hotel as 5 star as because my overall experience was excellent- stay, food and most importantly the behavior of hotel staff. Thanks for warm welcome.
