Room was clean and bid with nice comfortable bed…. Located at convenient main market of Malda . Only downside is does not have restaurant however has Santa fantasea adjacent to it

Stay was comfortable with proper hygiene but service was very slow. It used to take around 1 hour for the order to arrive.

The hotel has good ambience and the rooms are pretty decent. Few staff members are rude while some are very nice and polite

Experience was horrible. I told them we have booked a room for three people. One if my friends added up in the last minute, so if they can accommodate him also, we will adjust accordingly. They told, 500 + gst will be charged. I told no issues. The next thing, he told since we were checking in warly, that i have to pay half of the chargeable amount, i also agreed to that. The room was one of the worst kind. Since they saw, four eligible bachelors they just threw us on the top floor, where work is still being done. There were insects and cockroaches everywhere. No extra mattress, given. Yet they charge you extra. When we requested to change this room, he just blatantly replied, come after 9. 00 am. When we went there, after 9. 00am, he just said, sorry he couldn’t do anything. Next morning, they called up at 11. 52am on the intercom and told us, whether we were staying or checking out. I replied no we will check out. The person on the other side told, that if it was past 12, he would charge us half a day extra. What sort of professional behaviour was that? and how could you not see tge condition of the room, and change it?

Room was quite good and clean. But they charged extra 996 rupees for my early checkin which i didn't like at all.

The room was very clean, tidy, and well organised. The only issue is that they don't have their own restaurant, but outside delivery arrangements were there. Sorry, i already checked out

The guest house is meant for people who would be ok with not having dinner/lunch at the hotel since they don’t have arrangements for that however they provide breaskfast as per your choice in the morning

Good environment, nice interior design and staff are very good. One request if possible please set a gijer in hotel. 🙏

Rooms are very good. However as the property is inside a complex going in and out is complicated. Behaviour of staff is very nice. Please don't opt for breakfast along with the room rent as it is not worth it. They don't have their own kitchen so food can be arranged from outside or through delivery apps for similar price i would say other nearby hotels have more amenities. Hence it is a neat clean and safe stay with very good room and location

The room was very spacious and beautiful. What was bad was the service. I had booked a room for 3 adults. There was a bed for 2 people and another soda bed. They did the bed. When i asked for a blanket for the third person i was told they don't have any as all their 19 rooms were booked. This was an extremely lousy reason. My room was for three people so i had the right to proper bedding meant for 3. After literally for something they gave extra bedsheets. It was an extremely uncomfortable sleep as this bed was directly in line with the ac. The actual bed was away from the ac and here my kids had sn uncomfortable sleep too.

The bathroom is nice and spacious but for the location of the basin and the toilet seat. There's no foot space. Otherwise it's great. The bed is huge and comfortable. Easily can accommodate 4.

Hotel is good & safe but there is no parking space for visitors. Faced very difficult situation when faced such situations after arriving the hotel. So visitors with own car pls avoid this hotel.

Property location was fine ambience hospitality excellent

Room service was good, the room itself was big enough ! bathroom was clean and spacious too, and the location was prime of the town, overall it was a good experience

Firstly fantasfic location, next to main market, availability of aminities are there in hotel. Food you can take from zomato/swiggy/ a nearby restaurant which has its menu card at room. It is absolutely room service. Tea maming machine, mini bar, comfortable bed, bathroom aminities, clean linen and most importantly staff members are overwhelming in their behavior. Loved my stay for couple of days. You can travel alone or with family, this is highly recommended.
