It was pleasent stay there. Location is little bit far away from Railway station ,but communication is good.

Overall is good ,food quality is good,room is good and clean . Room service is good .

I booked for a semi deluxe 288 sqmt room on 5th floor , but they gave me an small room on 3rd floor, with poor maintenance like bathroom has no door handle , bad sheet is not proper clear etc. this is my first experience with MakeMyTrip but if online booking service is this kind of service,then it's my last booking

Positive: Prime Location at Netaji More, Transportation is Good. Staffs are helpful & supportive. Pricing is good providing all the amenities. Negative: Improve cleanliness in bathroom, Flush Leakage problem in some rooms. AC servicing required Bed Bugs are seen Drawers should be cleaned properly

Location is good , staff behaviour is good service is also good but the hotel is not hygienic. washroom is very dirty. bedsheet and pillow cover was also very dirty .

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets smelled terrible, and the bathroom was in an unbearable condition. And air conditioning was not working properly of the room Totally not worth the money – a complete waste of time and patience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unhygienic washroom, electric board is not working and they served me bread and omlette onlyin breakfast

The hotel was in prime location near netaji more everything was good But the pillow cover and bedsheet was little bit dirth the room was not clean properly

The stay at hotel gitaljali in malda was awesome, pretty decent staff, superb booking experience from mmt, food at the restaurant was delicious, security staff is there, intercom is there, ac was working extremely well, bathroom was superb clean. Thankyou!

Room are not well maintained, food quality and service need to be improved. Apart from this location is good with easy access to city.

location is good. bathroom is not proper and terribly dirty. very small room as compared to the price. outside food and drinks are not allowed which I find weird. services too some extend good.

More than half the items on the menu card were not available. If any order was placed, staff would forget and then after long time of wait when we would check theyould give some excuse They wouldn't remember simple things like if you ordered for toast and jam they would bring toast and butter. Rooms are too small for deluxe

Need to improvement in service, as at evening there was water lekege from ac, given twice reminders. But no body was cared. Lastly i was managed with same till checked out in morning.

Average stay but checkout time is 8:00 PM which must be extend up to 10:00 AM min. Food quality is good as terms of price
