THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL AND RESTAURANTS

The food is good but the Dental Kit, slippers, and the tea kit are not available in the room. so i am a little bit disappointed with the service of the hotel.

The stay was extremely pleasing.The rooms were clean and above expectation.The staff were warm and affectionate.

Pleasant stay. Good and convenient location(walkable distance from railway station).

After booking they ignore for room bad hotel

Convinient check in & check out process, but it could be more pleasurable with a cold welcome drink on such a hot day. Overall comfortable stay in clean & cozy lightening dual bed room. Well cleaned & sanitized washroom.

Uncleaned room, dirty bed sheet, dirty toilet, muddy water for bating, no tv (tata sky - no balalnce ) no tea kit, no glass for drink water.

Infra is good but management is very poor. Food court service is very very poor. Room service also not so good. Employees are ok. Water quality in bathroom is very bad and smelly.

2. Veer very bad response in hotel

The management here is not good, the service is also not good, i bought salad in my house but did not get any response when i told that the whole money was taken.

I stayed for 2 days in four seasons, it is located just near to katihar junction, the location is very easy to reach out. The receptionist of the hotel is very helpful, i reached there almost 2 hours before check-in and he allowed me early access. The was clean, stylish, and well equipped with excellent service.

Stay at hotel was very nice, staff were very helpful and pleasant, cleaning was very good, room service was good, reception counter and service manager and staff were very comfortable, sincere and cooperative thanks to all managing and supervising officer of hotel.

There were insects all over in the room. No maintenance. The hotel should be more clean. The restaurant staff were lazy with food served after 45 min of order

New property/excellent room/tasty food/but slow service/pls check lights fan ac & most important led tv is working or not. Stayed 3 night without non working tv. Requested many a times, they also arranged technician but could not do so. Most important - pols do not talk to the so called manager - naresh das. First of all the night manager & most helpful person mr jay singh has done his job about my booking a day before, when i reached early morning at hotel for my room he denied that the room is occupied & i have not received any booking. Later he has shown as he is doing murcy on me & my family & allocated room. After staying 3 days i requested for 2 hours of extension he completely ignored my request & denied even not looking at me. He is very arrogant & egoistic also talk to his staff in a rough manner. In the hospitality industry we need managers like jay singh not like mr naresh das.
